The Stonebury HOA contracts with companies to complete the snow removal from common area sidewalks. Douglas County Operations is responsible for the maintenance and snow removal on the streets of Stonebury.
Douglas County ordinance #O-007-003 requires that owners and occupants remove snow and ice from all sidewalks adjacent to their property within 24 hours after snow fall ceases. This ordinance also prohibits residents from shoveling snow or ice into the street.

Snow removal on public streets is the responsibility of
Douglas County Operations (303.660.7480). Snow removal on major arterials such as Highlands Ranch Parkway, Quebec, Broadway, Wildcat Reserve Parkway, etc. is the responsibility of the
Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District (303.791.0430).
